01Is there really no charge for 14 days?
Yes. You enter card details to confirm the subscription, but we don't charge until day 15. We send a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends so you can decide. Cancel anytime in your account, no questions.
02What unlocks with Insider that I can't see for free?
The composite Deal Score, full Motivation Score breakdown, Negotiability score plus a suggested offer range, full price history chart with every drop event, area comparables map, below-median benchmarks. Free shows the top of each but locks the data behind a blur.
03How long does cancellation take to process?
Instant. Cancel in /account at any time. Access stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, then converts back to Free with no further charges.
04What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Stripe. AED is the default billing currency; we also support USD and EUR through Stripe FX (Stripe's own daily rate).
05Do you offer refunds?
30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month, no questions. After that, prorated refunds are at our discretion — email us if you have a specific situation.
